By booking a consultation, using our website, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

ScriptFlow Automation provides custom business automation solutions, including:

• AI document intelligence and processing
• Workflow and web automation
• Computer vision and monitoring systems
• Custom automation consulting and development

All services are provided on a custom project basis or subscription model as agreed upon with the client.

3. Free Consultation

We offer a free 30-minute consultation to qualified prospects. By booking a consultation, you confirm that:

• You have a legitimate business need for automation services
• You have a minimum budget of $500 to invest in automation solutions
• You are authorized to make purchasing decisions for your organization
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to decline consultations or services at our discretion.

4. No Guarantees

IMPORTANT: While we strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific business outcomes or results
• Return on investment (ROI)
• Time savings or efficiency gains
• Compatibility with all systems or platforms

Results may vary based on your specific business context, existing systems, and implementation.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis or through subscription agreements
• All prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements or subscription contracts
• Consultation bookings do not create any payment obligation

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ScriptFlow Automation retains all intellectual property rights to our proprietary methods, tools, and frameworks
• Custom code developed specifically for your project will be licensed to you as specified in project agreements
• You retain ownership of your business data and information

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ScriptFlow Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from use of our services

8. Professional Services Disclaimer

ScriptFlow Automation provides technical automation services. We are not:

• Legal advisors - consult your attorney for legal matters
• Financial advisors - consult your accountant for financial decisions
• Liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in individual project agreements or subscription terms. For consultations:

• Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• No-shows may forfeit the consultation opportunity

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any confidential information shared during consultations or projects will be protected according to industry standards and any signed non-disclosure agreements.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate ongoing projects if terms are violated
• Cancel consultations if false information is provided

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties

15. Severability

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ScriptFlow Automation.
